So the final episode of this batch is called “The Angels Take Manhattan”. East coast USA, lovely.

But then let’s look at the first episode, “Asylum of the Daleks”. What was the name of Oswin’s crashed ship?

Yes. Alaska.

And what is the middle episode all about? Oh, the American Frontier. The Mid-West.

This series is moving across America, west-to-east. I’m not going to be too surprised if the next episode has some kind of reference to Utah or Arizona.
