I STILL DON’T UNDERSTAND THIS! I mean, I get what’s trying to be said, but if this is truly a “world without hate” then there’s no need to have an anti-bullying coalition, Al-Qaeda wouldn’t exist, there would be no need to report on peace because it would be the norm, and Milk and King wouldn’t need to reform any sort of equality because it would already be there.

So, yes, it’s a nice idea, but the title is all wrong.

Have just discovered that the showing of The Great Gatsby I’m going to see later is in 3D. Seriously? Who needs to watch that kind of film in 3D? I kind of get it for big action things, but there’s absolutely no need for it here.

There are 2D showings today, but they’re in the middle of the day, which is ridiculous. I resent having to pay an extra £2 or whatever to wear glasses inside.

I cannot bear 3D, but I’m going to have to put up with it because I don’t know when else I’m going to get to see this. It’s such a rip off. This is why I so rarely go to the cinema these days.

These actually look cool. My problem with most steampunk stuff is it seems like an excuse to put brass and gears on shit for no reason, but these actually have a sense of design to them.

what if someone wrote a book and the plot was basically amazing and the characters were awesome and at the end of the book, you’re dying to know what happens, all you see is a ripped page and the author actually did it on purpose and you’ll never know what happens because all the other published copies are like that too

Make sure John Green doesn’t find the thing

This is actually the plot of an episode of Hancock’s Half Hour, which is a sitcom from the fifties and basically the first ever sitcom. He and his friend spend the whole episode trying to find the last page and I really think if you’re interested in comedy or narrative, it’s a great one to look up. Honestly - it’s black and white and it’s old-fashioned, but it’s genuinely funny and has a great twist. I believe the episode is called “The Missing Page”.
